Pentagon Studio's First Ground-up Residential Project Lists For $7.2 Million USD

Los Angeles-based architecture design studio, Pentagon, has just listed its first ground-up residential project on Engel & Völkers Santa Monica.

Located in Venice, California, the “Radius House” is a context-specific home. It is a four-bedroom two-story unit that’s 3,614-sqft in size and sits on a 5,227-sqft lot. The entire home sees sculptural interior spaces and articulated facades combined with sharp angles and curved surfaces.

Amenities include a raised basalt slab that contains a small pool, sundeck, and fireplace. Inside sees a large spiraling grand staircase that rests below an oculus walkable skylight on the rooftop terrace. Before this home gets sold, there will be a special short period where the space will house artwork and objects from renowned international artists and designers in a showroom/group art show SALON (curated by Noemi Polo).

The “Radius House” is currently listed at $7,200,000 USD.
