Aston Martin is taking luxury to the next level with its latest 66-story skyscraper residences that look over the Biscayne Bay in South Beach, Florida. The building was first unveiled in 2017 and boasts world-class architectural finishes and handcrafted details.

The Aston Martin Residences features various contemporary apartments, penthouses and one $66 million USD triplex that comes with an Aston Martin Vulcan. A total of 38 oceanfront condos are found on the 15th floor and the seven penthouses are on the 56th floor. Each apartment features a clean, contemporary design that sees sleek white walls, floor-to-ceiling windows and black marble accenting the perimeter of each room. Tasteful and punctuating design cues reflect the aqua blues from the surrounding oceans through the windows.

Tenants of the Aston Martin Residences will also have full access to the four-story Sky Amenities facility that covers 42,275 square feet across all floors. Besides a standard gym and showers, the residences also have their own private marinas for yacht owners. On one of the higher floors, a curated gallery, conference room, business center, kids playroom, teen center, gaming room and vending area are also available to residents.

The complex also has its own wellness floor that sees the boxing ring, spin room, gym, spa, meditation room, sauna, beauty salon, treatment room and barbershop set up shop with one of the best views in South Beach. Two movie theaters and a virtual golf center, as well as a private dining room that opens out to a grandiose infinity pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Construction for the Aston Martin residences are expected to be completed in 2022.
